Lithops or Pebble stone or Living stone
copied from wikepedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithops

The plant which I love to grow. I first saw it IIHR Hasagatta Bangalore. In 1984. No internet or wikipedia at that time. So only relay on instinct . With many request and good searching I got this plant from my friend free of cost. I could not multiply because I thought water is most essential for all living creature. Watering is must. Reading wikipedia and other internet sources I come across all my mistakes.  I am again  in my early days and wish to grow and multiply .
Wikipedia define Lithops  as plant and it is  a genus of succulent plants in the ice plant family, Aizoaceae. Members of the genus are native to southern Africa. The name is derived from the Ancient Greek words λίθος (lithos), meaning "stone," and ὄψ (ops), meaning "face," referring to the stone-like appearance of the plants. They avoid being eaten by blending in with surrounding rocks and are often known as pebble plants or living stones. The formation of the name from the Greek "-ops" means that even a single plant is called a Lithops.
Lithops grow in very dry areas of South Africa and are adapted to survive in those conditions. Most novice growers end up killing plants by providing conditions that are more suited for tropical plants. Lithops thrive in bright sunlight but do appreciate protection from full exposure during mid day and late afternoon.
Watering is one of the biggest questions for newer growers. Most see the plants as cute and fragile but when they are pampered as such they grow weak and die. Remember they come from very dry regions and are adapted to those conditions, not soil that is kept constantly moist. Water them and then let them dry almost completely before watering again. If it takes more than 5 to 7 days for the soil to dry out they should be planted in a mix that dries faster or moved to an area with better ventilation that will cause them to dry faster. Lithops also do well with a quick spray for watering rather than a deep soaking that most plants seem to prefer.

Weight loss , where does mass goes,

Weight loss : where does mass goes.

By reading science news http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/12/141216212047.htm &
R. Meerman, A. J. Brown. When somebody loses weight, where does the fat go? BMJ, 2014; 349 (dec16 13): g7257 DOI: 10.1136/bmj.g7257

I come across a wonderful fact.

This is  mass or weight they convey same meaning but they are different. I will use word mass which convey weight for reader. Body mass is due to fat. A heavy weight person or heavy mass person having too much fat.

When we go for diet or exercise fat is burn into carbon dioxide and water.  Losing 10 kilograms of fat requires 29 kilograms of oxygen to be inhaled and that this metabolic process produces 28 kilograms of carbon dioxide and 11 kilograms of water.

28 kilograms of carbon dioxide will pass from are exhaled as carbon dioxide through the lungs. The remaining 11 kilograms becomes water, which may be excreted in urine, faeces, sweat, breath, tears and other bodily fluids.

More breathing  may help in  weight loss. The answer is no. Breathing more than required by a person's metabolic rate leads to hyperventilation, which can result in dizziness, palpitations and loss of consciousness.

Compound formation

Electron moves out from an atom due to ionization potential. so atom become positively charged ions.
Electron is accepted by another atom so atom become negatively charged ions.
positively charged ions cation and negatively charged anion are come to close and compound is formed. This is electrovalent compound.
